The photos shown are from the leasing complex. It’s a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Each bedroom has closet space and room for a bed and a little bit of furniture. The kitchen has granite counter tops and recent appliances. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit and a hookup for EPB internet. Utilities (water, electric, and internet) are estimated at $100 total for each roommate.

I have some furniture that I can bring with me and share: A table, four chairs, a loveseat, and various kitchen supplies.

I’m getting ready to move in but I need another roommate. I enjoy cooking, playing games, and reading. While I’m usually out, working, or keeping to myself I’m happy to spend time together and hangout. I’m flexible so it’s easy for me to get along with any roommates.
