I am looking for female to rent my spare room to. Must be working or actively involved in getting on feet. Prefer someone who keeps to themselves.

No smoking in apartment or near doors. No drugs. Weed. Or weapons of any kind. Respect neighbors and tenants. Must be clean and organized. No overnight guests. No alcohol. No pets. I have 2 cats that are inside/outside i don’t need anything else in the home.

Bunk bed and toys are already in the room for you and 1 child, but you’ll have to get your own mattresses. Clean and sober apartment. 900 month for rent by the 30th 900 deposit half is refundable the other half is for cleaning/damages. 100 for electricity 100 for cleaning services No exceptions. 80 for internet access Responsible for your own groceries.
