This beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 house bath is located in the Enatai neighborhood of Bellevue, Washington. Surrounded by parks and less than a ten minute walk to the lake. The house is located right off of I-90 and is less than a five minute drive to downtown Bellevue. There is a fenced in backyard and shed and the house is located in a cul de sac. I am looking for one other roommate to share house so it there would be one extra bedroom. The price does not include utilities but I’d be open to finding two roommate as well to lower cost

I am a 27 year old special education teacher and have a 5 year old, sweet german shepherd. I’ve lived here for two years and love the neighborhood. In my free time I workout, hike, camp, and enjoy hanging out with my friends and going out. I also love staying in and relaxing as well. Looking for someone who can keep common spaces clean, has good communication and is outgoing and similar in age.
