Hi all!

I’m a young working professional offering two bedrooms in my home. Both rooms are ideally sized and the house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Short drive to many groceries and amenities. The two rooms share a full bath but there is a .5 downstairs as well.

Full house privileges are provided so long as you are respectful of my belongings (as I will be of yours). Laundry in the garage, and newly remodeled kitchen for those of you that enjoy cooking!

Occasional overnight guest is ok, but no long term or live in Gf/bf or guests for obvious reasons. No smoking inside. Month to month lease.
