Two story home in Fullerton, CA. Located just 5 minutes from Downtown Fullerton. Entire house is already furnished we are just looking to fill 1 bedroom on the upper story. There is a shared bathroom with only 1 person and she is very responsible and clean. We are hoping to find someone who is responsible, friendly, and isn’t afraid to help clean whenever possible. The roommates living here currently are very friendly and we would love to find a roommate we could all vibe with. There is a 5 year old that lives here 50% of the time so it is important that you are okay with children being in the home. You are welcome to have friends over we would have zero issues with that as well! Just as long as it’s people you trust 😊 You will also have parking available in the garage or in the driveway whichever you prefer. With additional parking on the street for overnight guests. Deposit to move in is $950 and rent each month is $973.25 😊
We are all very friendly and open towards people. We are all very respectful of each other’s privacy and keep the house clean through combined effort (taking out trash, dishes, etc). Looking for someone cool who we could vibe with too!
