The apartment is 1265 square feet, not including the laundry room, backyard, and extra storage!!

1-year lease preferrable, though other options are available for the right person. The room is $1,650/month, plus utilities which you split 50/50 with Bea who has the other bedroom. No pets. The street parking is plentiful - you can get a $17 annual pass from the City of Boulder that also allows you to park downtown, as a nice perk.

Bea, your awesome housemate, is a 30 year old dancer, therapist, gardener, and student. She’s quiet, conscientious, personable, and freaking rad. Luna, your soon-to-be favorite cat, is the sweetest Siberian hypo-allergenic 1 year old cat. She loves cuddles. :)
