**Will be potentially selling my house in 2024. Lease will be a month to month lease. If you do move in, I will give you updates on how soon the house will be sold. Room will be available starting in July. You will have your own restroom and access to a balcony. A very spacious room as well. Internet and utilities are included. Washers and dryer available for the house. There is plenty of parking on the street, we are right next to granger middle school. Please let me know you have any questions or would like more photos. My name is Benji, I’m the owner of the house. I’m 29 years old and I work in animal health. I’m very social, huge gamer, and of course love animals. My boyfriend lives with me, James. There are 4 room upstairs that I rent out, 1 will be yours. 2 of my best friends live with me, 1 is a couple, and 1 other person I found on roomies lives here. Most of the time we all just chill in our own rooms and it’s pretty quiet house. Always down to hang out and get food together. But also respect having alone time.
