i have the most beautiful patio , hot tub and view with two acres of avocado farm in north Fallbrook overlooking the Santa Margarita Valley. I would like female room mate 30-60 years old to share house. I am a college professor in Colorado and spend half my time in Colorado and need someone to watch grove to alert gardener of problems. the house is fully furnished with multiple TVs and internet.

I am a astronomy research scientist with 50 years at Caltech/JPL providing analysis of planetary observations. I exercise everyday on trail and bike.
