Cal's room

The apartment: Spacious, super clean, has living room sun room, kitchen abs multiple closets. Kitchen has dishwasher. There is a washer dryer hookup; I don’t have a washer dryer so someone who can bring one to the table is a big bonus.

The Room: is large, carpeted, I’ve cleaned, spackled and painted. The closet doors suck full disclosure. Faces a nice courtyard.

The Bathroom: is all yours, tub, large sink space, medicine cabinet. It’s not hi tech but it’s clean and everything works.

The 617 covers rent. You will also need to pay: WiFi, EPB power, gas, trash, and water.

Me: I like privacy, I’m friendly and not shy but I’m introverted and it has been an eventful few years (for all of us duh) so I am really looking for a roommate: JUST someone to share the rent with. I work from home where I’m building my business so:

You: ideally don’t work from home and are therefore gone during the day. Neat, follow through with your own stuff, do your own dishes and wipe down your own messes. No pets. Own good earphones, don’t smoke.

I just want a human to split the rent with who puts their dishes away at night, wipes down the counter, and is just consistently pleasant. Not even cheerful just stable. You could literally be anyone apart from that, idc.
