A bedroom ($1250/month) is available for rent starting from June 1st 2022. It is very near to Chabot College and CSUEB. Easy access to Freeway 880 and 92. Close to San Mateo Bridge. Surrounded by shopping centers such as Costco, Walmart, Starbucks, FoodMaxx, Kaiser, Southland Mall and restaurants.
The room has: • its own bathroom, • a smaller room which can be used as a small office, • private entrance/door and is well separated from the rest of the house.
The room is big and fully furnished with bed frame, mattress and bed set. Private entrance and private bathroom attached to the room. Washer and Dryer are on site. The rent covers utilities such as electricity, water, wifi internet, washer and dryer, garbage.
No Pets. No Smoking. No drugs. No loud music. Students, Professionals and light cooking are preferred. At least 6 months lease.
Monthly rent at 1250$/month and 1250$ deposit.
