I am the homeowner and live here in the master bedroom. I have 2 friendly dogs and cats. There is one tenant in the house who has been living here for 2 1/2 years . The tenant is not here on the weekends and house is pretty quiet tenant friendly. We are both laid back professionals looking for someone that fits in to our house hold.
