Living/common area is shared with one male Flagler College student(22 yrs old). Around 5 minutes from Vilano Beach. No couples, single occupancy. Large Private Master bed & bathroom for rent. Large walk-in closet. Top floor(3rd floor, NO elevator). Utilities(Water, Power, Standard Cable Package, Internet) Included. . Access to one car detached from unit garage. Parking provided in front of or in garage, or in one of the spaces near the garage. Rooms are distanced apart. Living room has a 70’’ tv. Patio is furnished, along with the living room, but can be modified or changed. Room can come furnished or empty. Gated community. Amenities include: Heated pool, hot tub, beach volleyball, the clubhouse, dog park, tennis courts, a small playground, and a fitness center.
