Choice of 2 bedrooms available in an awesome house for the right person!! Please read the whole description. Rooms are both on the second floor. Room#1 has large double window and a single window for good natural light. The room is large, measures at 13.5 x 15, has a ceiling fan with light, and decent closet space. Room #2 is very large and measures 22x15 with 2 closets, a double window and a single window. If you want to paint / hang things to make it your own you are more than welcome! The house is located in Lewes about 5 miles from the beach. The house is a single family home (3 bed, 2 bath) with decent fenced in yard (includes firepit) pet friendly, room to park truck/trailer. Has upgraded appliances/kitchen/living areas, as well as storage space in attached garage. In addition, there is a full gym set up in the DETACHED 2 car garage in the back yard. This space can be altered for whatever you may need as well. If you think you would be interested, but can’t afford the rent, please reach out. I’m willing to work with you depending on interest from other possible roomies. Right now the room is set up for a shared bathroom however, we would be willing to look at changing it to your own private bathroom depending on circumstances.

Both of the people currently living here are 24 year old males. We both have girlfriends who stay at the house some nights throughout the week. We work full time in sales and restaurants locally.
