On the 4th floor of this apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Apartment includes elevator to get your stuff up. You would have your own room and bathroom. Bathroom is inside your room. Place is furnished and includes TV and all kitchen needs. The laundry room is downstairs and includes 2 washes and 2 dryers. Trash is also located down below. The area is considered lower nob hill and you are walking distance from great food places on Polk and Hyde street. Trade Joes is a few blocks away and whole foods is close by down California street. The utilities are not includes in the $1750 price noted above. Water, PG&E, and wifi are usually not that much added on.

I am an easy roommate to get along with. I work in construction so I am mostly at the jobsite or office but there are times that I work from home. I am from/raised in the east bay area (san ramon) and I have been living in this SF place since July 2021. I do play live music as a singer/songwriter around the city but all I play is my acoustic guitar so I will never keep you up/wake you up with loud music. I am respectable when I practice my songs. It is a quite place so you rarely see any of the fellow residents in the building.
