Available July 1st. We have 1 room open in a 3 bedroom house. The room is private but shares a bathroom. The pictures of the room show my current roommates things, but it will be empty and unfurnished when he moves out. There’s a fenced yard, two car garage (one side is used for storage and adventure gear), street parking, and it’s around the corner from a large park. Rent is 900 plus utilities.

I’m the owner and live in the house along with my roomate. I’m 31 and am a teacher here in town. I have a 9 year old Shepard mix and a 4 month old lab mix. My roommate is 29 and is an analyst who works from home. We both love to get outside and adventure as much as possible. We enjoy having people over for dinner or game nights every once in a while which are usually really laid back. We’re looking to live with someone of a similar age that has similar interests.
