Shannon's room

5 mins down the road from lots of local restaurants and bar, 5 mins drive to the beach. No pets allowed, no children, no couples. we have a pool, mailbox room, garbage shoot down the hall, laundry is in inside the unit it’s in the hall though. 1$ to wash 1$ to dry in quarters.

It’s just me living in the other room I’m very quiet don’t bother anyone, i work 4 days and when I’m not working Im home 50/50. I like a clean environment and mutual respect.
