I am looking for one roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment at Carrington Park Apartments at Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Ga. You will have a private bedroom & private bathroom. The bedroom has an armoire with a 43“SmartTv, and there is storage in armoire. Also a cubicle with 6 bins for storage, a walk-in closet, and a big window overlooking the backyard with blackout curtains. The only thing you will need is a bed. A queen size bed or air mattress fits perfectly. You have a large bathroom with a wonderful garden tub/shower. There is a washer and dryer and a linen closet on that hall. The den is in the middle of the apartment and off the den is a deck. There is a large sofa and two chairs, a bookcase and a cubicle with a 43“smart tv. There is a great window overlooking the back yard. My bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment…great roommate plan with lots of privacy. The fully stocked kitchen has a door to the garage with a full size freezer & right now the garage is used for storage. We have been using the dining room for an office but we can convert it back to a dining room if you have a table. In that room there are 2 large bookcases, a great chair and ottoman that are perfect for working on your laptop. There are 2 desk one of which one is a small mahogany desk you are welcome to use. The entry is street level and the back is 2nd floor overlooking backyard/woods. The apartment is completely furnished but there is plenty of room to display your items and storage in the garage. We are a gated community surrounded by Beautiful landscaping. There is access to Lake Lanier. The complex is nestled in a wooded lot and is far enough from Hwy 53 that it’s very quiet but still only a few minutes from everywhere you would want to go. The complex has a clubhouse with a pool, workout room, tennis court, a business center and a barbecue area for your use. I am easy going, neat and quiet spending most of my time in my bedroom. I am retired but keep very busy. I like to spend time with my roommate but respect your privacy. I have a deaf Shitzu who is sweet once she gets to know you. She spends 80% of her time in my bedroom. I also have a precious tiny short hair black kitty who you just wants to be loved. Both are great pets and very quiet. I am very easy going, fun, neat and organized. I don’t care how you keep your area however I just ask that we both keep the common area clean. Plenty of safe parking behind the garage. I don’t drink or smoke. Guest are welcome. I go to Free Chapel here in Gainesville, I am very open and accept whatever you beliefs are. The apartment is completely furnished. I love the apt & the complex but especially having private bedrooms and private bathrooms. The complex requires an application & proof of income.; they will do a credit check and background check. The $750 rent doesn’t include utilities. We each pay half of the u. all the utilities which includes power/AC/high speed Internet/all the tv channels you would want/ water and renters insurance. Move in cost $750 with a $500 deposit. You can pay the deposit when you see, love the apartment and decide it is where you want to live to secure it until you move in. I am fun, easy going, quiet, neat, and spend most of the time in my room. I don’t drink or smoke and don’t mind if you have a drink every now and then. Guest are welcome. I enjoy spending time with my roommate but respect their privacy. Our bedrooms are on opposite side of the apt. Great roommate plan. I spend most of my time in my bedroom and am very respectful of my roommate. I am retired from Delta Air Lines but keep really busy. The only thing I ask is that I don’t mind how you keep your areas but please be respectful and keep the common area clean. The apartment is available the first week of June, maybe earlier and the rent is only $750 plus half the utilities.!The complex requires an application and verification of income, they do a background and a credit check.
