I am looking for 1 roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment at Carrington Park Apartments at Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Ga. You will have a private bedroom & private bathroom, it’s completely furnished except for your bed (a queen size bed fits perfectly),with an armoire w/40“SmartTv, storage in armoire, cubicle w/6 bins, walk-in n closet, bigg window w/mini blinds, blackout curtains, 2 small bakers racks (great for books, a whicker chest, garden tub/shower, washer/dryer, den w/a deck, fully safe with tocked kitchen garage with full size freezer & used for storage, dining room/office with a small mahogany desk that you can use, front street level, back is 2nd floor overlooking backyard/forest, completely furnished except for your bed, plenty of room in your room, the rest of the apt & the garage for your things you need to store, 4 bookcases in the den & dining room/office for your books and items you want to display. Mini blinds on all windows. Gated community surrounded by forest. Beautiful landscaping. Access to Lake Lanier. Far enough from Hwy 53 that it’s very quiet but only minutes from everywhere you would want to go. Complex has clubhouse w/pool/tennis court/business center/barbecue area/fitness center etc. My room is on opposite side of apt. Perfect roommate plan. I am retired but keep very busy. Like to spend time with roommate but respect your privacy. Spend most of my time in my room. I have a deaf Shitzu who is sweet once she gets to know you. She spends 80% of her time in my bedroom. I also have a precious tiny short hair black kitty who you will love & she loves attention from us. Both are very quiet. I am very easy going & fun. I don’t care how you keep your area however I just ask that we both keep the common area clean. I am neat, clean and organized. Plenty of safe parking behind the garage or you can park in the garage. I am fun and easy going. I don’t drink or smoke. Smoking only outside. Guest are welcome. I go to Free Chapel here in Gainesville. You are welcome to go with me but I respect whatever your beliefs. The apartment is completely furnished except for your bed (a queen size bed fits perfectly). There is plenty of storage in your room, the rest of the apt and the garage. I love the apt & the complex but more especially having private bedrooms and bathrooms. Great roommate plan. The complex requires an application, $1800 a month and income verification. This is not the rent. The rent is $800 plus we both pay half of the utilities which includes water/power/AC/high speed Internet/all the tv channels you would want/renters insurance.
