Hi all. Looking for a FEMALE roommate to take over my share of the lease. There is parking but it will cost you $185 a month (paid in cash) and it’s in a valet garage one block away from the apartment. The apartment is located in central downtown with easy access to the Red Line Metro. This apartment has a key access front door, security guards, elevators, a fitness center, and a rooftop lounging area. The deposit is $1600. Monthly rent is $1200 paid by check or money order) plus utilities -this means to move in you would pay $20 application fee, $1600 deposit, and a prorated amount from when you move in (if before July 1st). The woman who lives in this apartment is in her 20s and has a stable job; she is looking for someone similar to move in. The room can either be furnished or not (depends if you’d like to buy the bed and dresser or not, bed will not come with blankets or sheets).
