Right now I am in a one bedroom apt but I can get first dibs on a 2bdr if I can find the right roommate to split rent with.

I’m pretty easy going, responsible and a no nonsense type of person.As long as your a responsible adult that can pay their bills and pick up after yourself you’ll hear little from me.I am 42 years old and I go to night school as well as work full time.Im an outdoorsy person and I workout alot.Honestly I prefer a female roommate as I grew up with a house full of step sisters and step mother but I will consider the right man.I don’t judge a person’s views and actions as long as they aren’t degenerate in nature.We all have our shortcomings but I expect a functional adult with stable employment. Everyone has needs so I don’t mind friend stay overs but it needs to be limited to one night at a time please.If I find the right candidate I can get into a 2bdr in June/July.Expect to have face to face interview/coffee/drinks before I consider.
