Hello! We are looking for someone to sublet the primary bedroom in our house through August 12th.

We can provide a bed, desk, and linens (towels/sheets/pillows) if needed.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

• 3 br, 2 bath, 1860 SF - second floor of a large house (aka a duplex)
• Gorgeous Spanish-style home with 9-10 foot ceilings, wood floors, and lots of light
• Common areas are quite large - a living room, dining room, large breakfast nook, large kitchen
• Dishwasher & laundry in unit
• AC & heat
• Grassy front yard with patio furniture (I’m installing garden beds on the side and planting fruit trees as well!)
• front patio/sitting area
• back balcony
• street parking (will need permit - I have temporary permits for you in the meantime) - I also park on the street and have no issues finding parking 99% of the time
• walking distance to Little Ethiopia, Beverly Hills, etc. ~1 mile from the Grove, LACMA, Museum Row. Lots of cute restaurants and fun museums nearby!

YOUR ROOM (Master): $1675

• 14’2“ x 11’11“ (170 SF) huge room with carpeted flooring and tons of natural light
• Walk-in closet is 3’11“ x 8’2 (32.7 SF) … you could set up a little office in there if you wanted!
• Balcony - 6’x10’ (shared with me)
• Private bathroom with shower
• Separate back entrance if you’d like to use it

SHARED SPACES:

• Beautiful dining room, living room, outdoor front patio, front yard, kitchen, and breakfast nook.
• Lots of storage space (closet, bookshelves, etc.) outside of your room

OTHER LOGISTICS

• Security deposit is $500
• Animals: I have a very sweet cat who unfortunately doesn’t play well with other animals, so you’d need to tolerate cats, but not have your own!
