Hi, I have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in Point Loma. The apartment is on the second floor of a fourplex. Centrally Located off Rosecrans and Nimitz. The complex has washer & dryer with street parking. No smoking and no pets.

This room is a sublet for $975/month with utilities included. Available 1st. of JUN. Ask to sign a 7 or 13 month lease. The room has a large closet with plenty of space for a full or queen bed and small desk. It has 2 windows with good natural light and a great bay breeze.

I am looking for a responsible professional with a similar schedule, good communicator with no drama. A single tenant - NO couples. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.

About me… I am a 41-year-old female from northern California. Former visual arts teacher and now I work from home. I’m outdoorsy, enjoy the beach, hiking, and living in SD. I don’t bring the party home. I am quiet, tidy and keep things clean. I consider myself laid back and want someone chilled and respectful to share common spaces.

I have a 3 year old/ 13 lb. baja rescue, Maisy who is very sweet and loves everyone. You need to be okay with dogs and patient with Maisy’s ongoing training. That being said she is still a sock thief and barks when there is a visitor at the door. NO OTHER PETS allowed.
