I have a 175 square foot room available in my house. Looking for a roommate who is at least 24. Utilities are Free. First/Last/Security Required. House has a large kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, plenty of space, a decent sized yard (with a shack), and a Washer/Dryer for Laundry and a Dishwasher. I have a very gentle and friendly greyhound! However only my dog is allowed to live here permanently. Visiting dogs are okay. No Cats allowed (I have allergies, unfortunately). 4/20 Friendly (You can smoke cannabis inside the house- Not Tobacco). Furniture pictured can be removed, or can be left in the room for your use, if you want. I also live here, and yes, I will take care of any necessary repairs basically immediately. I am 36 years old, male and mostly work from home. I have a 26 year old roommate downstairs. He is an engineer and is a good responsible roommate. Please e-mail if interested. Month by month lease.
