We are students, so we are either working or doing school stuffs. We are looking for friendly roommate with a steady income, good credit and most importantly who likes to clean after themselves. Sorry, No pets. No smoking inside apartment.

DETAILS The bedroom for rent is a private 11’x11.6’ bedroom with a large 3door mirrored closet and a shared bathroom.

COSTS The offered bedroom with attached bathroom is $1450. $500 security deposit

PARKING is always available throughout the community.

We are working students and like to clean up after ourselves. We respect others privacy and try to be courteous at all time. We have cleaning schedules setup for all the roomies, so the apartment is alway neat and clean. We don’t party a lot but might have some friends over once in a while.
