Two 10x10 rooms for rent in a good quiet neighborhood. One room has twin bed furnish. shared bathroom with other roommate if there is another renter. Shared kitchen privileges and indoor laundry. prefer students/ professionals /hardworkers focusing on their goals. privacy and peace of mind is top priority. no couples or overnighters /drama/pets/kids/smoking (cigs)
