Hi, My roommate and I are looking for a roommate for our third room in our 3bd/2.5 bath in the Tanglewood neighborhood. We are looking for someone around our age that is cool w/ paying bills on time and cleaning up after themselves. Rent is $500/month before utilities and after utilities it is usually around $650. The bedroom is private but the second full bathroom will be shared with me (the other roommate has a private bath). The room is unfurnished, laundry is in the home, and we have driveway parking. We’re a quiet house but aren’t strict or nitpicky at all besides normal common courtesies. 420 friendly

Roommate #1 (master tennant) is 26 yr old male that works full time, has lived in the house almost 3 yrs, quiet & mild mannered. Roommate #2, (me, Jasmine) 25 yr old female, works part time and is home alot but I stay out of the way ☺️
