The room comes with 2 beds and a shared bathroom. One of the beds is already occupied so whoever takes over my lease would just be moving into my side of the room. My roommate is super friendly and super easy to get along with. She’s a student at cal state, works, and goes to the gym daily so she isn’t home that often. She’s really clean and calm. The other housemates are also really clean, quiet, friendly and welcoming. Overall, the whole unit is calm and peaceful, everyone is really respectful of everyone’s space. We often share utensils and appliances and we all take turns cleaning.
