One room is available currently. Looking for one more roommate to move in before July.

The backyard has a fence, but it is geared more toward smaller dogs rather than large dogs. The backyard is decent-sized with an outside firepit and a roofed back porch/patio. There is a shed to store yard tools in as well as storage containers and the like. I do have to preface that my dog doesn’t get along with other dogs but I’m not willing to keep him shut up in my room all day. It’s not fair to him. So cats are more preferable as I would like to keep it a one dog household. I have one bedroom available currently. There is one main bathroom that will be shared. Fully stocked and functional kitchen, three living spaces, and a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. My house is close to IH 30 & 820 east, with easy access to downtown, UT Arlington, TCU, TCC Campuses, and Texas Wesleyan. I’m asking 705/month and the rent includes electricity, high-speed internet, and city water/trash services. Only the shared living spaces are furnished; Kitchen, Office, living room, and Dining room/library. You will need to provide your own furniture for the bedroom available.

Hello! I’m a full-time college student at Texas Wesleyan University majoring in Computer Science and I also work part-time at Funky Picnic Brewery and Cafe in Southside Fort Worth. I budget money rather well most of the time, keep a running list of groceries needed for shopping every week, keep my house clean, and am always willing to listen and talk through problems if there are issues that arise. I have an older dog who is a Cardigan-Welsh Corgi mix named Leo, a seventeen-year-old cat named Pixi, and two almost ten-year-old cats named Shadow and Tori. If there were other dogs, they would have to be female, though other male dogs are allowed, and there would have to be a period of decompression between Leo and the other dog just to ensure that there are no issues.
