Rental is for one person – You will have 1 bedroom, 1 extra room and 1 private bath. I am the only other roommate. Rent is $1,250 plus ½ utilities. The house is located in Vista Ridge, Erie with a clubhouse, gym, 2 pools, jacuzzi, tennis & pickle ball and golf. Excellent access to I-25 and 287 - Boulder/Denver/Ft. Collin/Mountains, etc.
I am easy going, clean/tidy and respectful of others, very active outdoors and sports. I do have 3 little dogs who stay in my areas (gates). They are funny.
I am the only other roommate. I am very clean and considerate. I am very active with sports, music and outdoor activities. I have 3 little dogs who are kept in my areas only.
