I’m looking for FEMALES to take over my lease at Olympic by Windsor in DTLA. MOVING in after May 23, a $100 deposit is needed to confirm if you want to keep the room! The deposit will be returned to you after you move in.

For a room tour and further questions ONLY for people who seriously want to move in.

It’s a shared room fully furnished near the FIDM LA campus. One block away, less than 5 mins walking to school from the apartment.

You will join another two roommates from FIDM and share the rent.

Approx. rent: less than $1K/month without a car plus $125 with a vehicle. (Electricity and water, and wifi are included)

Safe apt with security on-site 24/7 and only with key access to the building.
