2 bedroom bottom floor condo in quiet well established neighborhood. Full use of kitchen and bathroom as well as shared living room. Central air and heat, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Washer and dryer in condo. Back patio with access to grill and patio furniture. Neighborhood pool available during the summer months. I am an active single woman in her sixties with lots of family and friends in the area. Looking for a woman in a similar phase of life (preferably between 55 and 67 years old).
