Morris Avenue

I am looking to share this apartment with a women 55 or older with no pets. The house is on Morris Avenue, near bus, Route 22 and Garden State Parkways. The room for rent is unfurnished and has a window that faces Morris Ave which is a busy avenue. If you sleep during the day, this might not be for you. During the late evening and weekend this neighborhood is quite and very safe. A elderly tenant lives upstairs and a dental office is off to the side. Plenty of parking on street. The house is clean and well taken care off. The room is comfortable and a queen size bed and 2 dressers fit nicely. The room also has a large sliding door closet which fits many things. The Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared. I have a washer dryer in the basement. You should bring your own air conditioner. Heat and hot water are included in the rent, however cable, internet and electric are not included..it is a shared expense. I am the only other person living here. I am a 62 years old single female who occasionally has visits from my son and my grandsons who are older. I have a Bichon Frise (hypo allergenic) who is beautiful and trained and is my responsibility. I am organized and CLEAN.
