Hello, we have one furnished room and private bathroom available in our house. Available in June.
You would have your own bedroom and bathroom furnished and some additional storage space, plus common areas like dining room and external yard. The house is fully furnished including the kitchen.
We are looking for a professional or student, financially responsible, CLEAN person.
NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS, NO COUPLES, NO GIRLFRIEND STAYING OVERNIGHT WEEKLY, NO PARTY PEOPLE, NO PETS.
RENT IS 1100 + SHARED UTILITIES Must give 30 day’s notice before leaving and the security deposit is $1100. Min 6 month lease.
