Southwood Drive

The townhouse is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with 2 sheltered parking spots in San Luis Obispo. It features a full kitchen, external storage unit, furnished living room, balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Amenities include a fire pit and community pool. The master bedroom is lofted and will be rented out for $1300 per month. Electricity, water, and internet will be split between us every month. No pets allowed unfortunately. The lease will be on a 12 month term and start July 1st.

I am a 4th year engineering student who will soon be graduating from Cal Poly and starting my full time job in SLO. I am a respectful and considerate roommate that always makes sure to clean up after myself. I also see value in having some level of friendship with the people I live with. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, trail running, reading, basketball, and traveling.
