beautiful apartment in uptown dallas, lots of space. huge bathroom and closet. my roomate has a small dog but he acts like a cat is super qiuet and chilled. never causes any issues you honestly forget hes even there. Parking pass is $50. down to do a month to month lease or a long term lease until march 2023. whichever is easiest. the bedroom for lease is not furnished. However the living room is fully furnished with a tv, and couch. Also has a big guest bathroom. apartment complex is modera hall street. theres a cool pool and gym. covered parking if u buy a parking pass.however u don’t need a parking pass to park here, just recommended.

my best friend from college, he is a super fun guy. very chill and friendly, loves to have a good time!! we are both texas tech alums.
