Claire's room

I am looking for someone to fill my spare room. Ideally in their mid twenties/early thirties short-term or long-term. The room is available March 1st. My house is in a great location, two minutes to Percy Priest Lake, 5 minutes to the Nashville Airport, and 15 minutes to downtown Nashville!

You would have your own bathroom in the hallway as well as your own bedroom and closet. The rest of the house is furnished except for the bedroom!

I am hoping to find someone respectful, clean, and like minded. I keep my house very clean and would expect the same from anyone moving in. Rent is $900 + split utilities. Please dm me if you would like more info! I am hoping to have someone locked in by the end of January.

A little about me: I am a musician/graphic designer/freelancer who works from home, but my desk and setup is in my room so the common spaces would be shared. I love watching movies, cooking, baking, going to the lake (I have lots of lake stuff you are more than welcome to use!), and going out for drinks and live music! I have an adorable nine year old pup named Layla who would be your third roommate. Unfortunately, no other animals.
