Available to rent for one responsible and clean tenant from June 1st until February (shorter term is negotiable, four months minimum).

The apartment is spacious, bright, and quiet. It has a charming 20’s look with recent renovations, hardwood floors, spacious living area, bathroom with full bath, dining area and kitchen, and plentiful storage space with three closets. Rent is $2,700 a month and a $4,050 security deposit is required.

The apartment comes with a queen-size bed, a desk, chairs, a bookshelf, and lamps. Please note: lamps in the bedroom will not be the ones in the photos (they will be replaced with ones that look like the lamp next to the bookshelf) and the chaise lounge is also not included. Utilities (excluding wifi) are included in rent. There is coin laundry on-site in the building.

No smoking and no pets are allowed in the building.
