Right now currently there is an older man around 60 years of age he is disabled ( please keep to your own self & give each other space You have to provide your own & by using your own mailing address from local post office/ PO BOX ADDRESS of your choice ! We are not responsible for your own personal mailing address get your own po box address ASAP if you don’t have your own thanks!!! ) Your roomate current roomate here is average on cleaning he smokes cigarettes to ecigs only outside the apt no smoking is allowed nor permitted inside the apt & no drugs or alcohol permitted on the property period zero tolerance! He has no pets. Just him solely by him self no small children or teenagers living with him we won’t allow no small children or teenagers & no guests staying over or visiting or etc etc if we catch you lieing which we will we will throw you out asap!!!! Our other requirements are working full time professional career good steady income two adults living inside this apt So far this current tenant is renting from month to month @ 600.00 dollars he is only temporary as planned not permanent! Yet if you can roomate with this current roommate and you both pay separately 600.00 as of right now each for rent your security deposit is 500.00. Please be solely responsible for your self & ontop please have your own working properly running & functioning fully gas & oil vehicle at all times! Access to freeways next to beautiful park and dart station & stores & etc etc! If you are a respectful responsible single man no small children or teenagers will be living with you nor visiting over nights or long periods of time & absolutely no pets have your own working & running & functioning vehicle & fully has oiled up vehicle & is independent & a professional good steady income career we are negotiable & working with you long as you are willing to follow our instructions & our rules! If you make enough even with out another roommate like I said it’s negotiable in person sit down conversation. Our dream &our goal is for us to rent out our whole back yard apt that is on our property is separately semi attached to our house yet we live in our house. Our dream is to rent out the back yard apt to a married couple will currently will be paying 600.00 each for rent a month there is a deposit of 500.00 no small children no teenagers no other people living in apt just only (2) adults no pets of any kind period. Renters are required to smoke cigarettes and ecigs only no drugs of anykind will be permitted or allowed no alcohol of anykind!!!! Smokers smoke out doors not in doors of apt yet on a contract we are charging per person in near future our dream & goal is to raise the rent of 2,000 Dollars per couple of (2) adults working full time professionals careers, Retired with steady income, independent & responsible individuals only! Still included per month as long as rent is paided for in full every month to month or contracts all utilities included as usual (electric, water, gas) (with satellite dish & no internet or no phone line or WiFi access ( if you want that you are on your own & you are solely responsible for this yet you are required to have your own PO BOX ADDRESS at a local Post Office or of your choosing PO BOX your mail will not be delivered to my address for me to hunt you don’t for your own mail!!! This apt is unfurnished you are solely responsible for what you bring for what you will be needing to use @ moment while renting out my back yard apt. Please no bringing or hauling in things that don’t work running or not functioning correctly if it’s not working or running or functioning correctly if it’s junk then please don’t bother bringing it to our apt or on our property we will not tolerate it of period & thank you! Far as guests go no staying over the night guests or parties nothing in that nature if we found out which we will if you have any unwelcome guests staying over in back yard apt or if our Utilities go higher oh we will find out that will not be good on your part we will throw you on out!!! If you are ever late on your rent you are outta here no games! We are a respectful quite so is Our neighbors are respectful & quite & mind there own business & are not busy bodies we would like & expect that from our future or tentants to do the samething aswell to rent out our back yard apt We are a respectful quite evangelical Christian family!
