All bedrooms upstairs ONE occupant per room only, Not suitable for children due to open stairs. NO PETS (no exceptions), NO SMOKING, DRUGS, MARIJUANA OR LOUD NOISES, baby in the house pleasant quite environment. Bathroom shared. Limited access to kitchen and dining room only included. No AC.
