Hi, I’m Paul!
I found a gorgeous house in the wonderful Bryn Mawr neighborhood in Minneapolis.
Intentional shared housing for professionals focused on good health.
I’m looking for roommates to secure the lease.
About the house:
4 bedroom, 2.5 bath
With 4 people rent split would be $687.50. Or we could do 3 people at $916.66 split.
Big backyard for gardening for those with a green thumb.
It’s available to rent June 14th, it’s ok if you can’t move in until July 1st.
Bryn Mawr is a cherished and safe Minneapolis neighborhood, cozied up next to Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden and Theodore Worth Park, only a short walk away.
Great community lives here.
There will be a home gym available to use.
About me:
I’m an entrepreneur who owns two businesses. I manufacture performance arts equipment and I practice massage therapy.
I recently became certified as a personal training and soon will have my nutrition coaching certification. I’m really passionate about helping people make healthy behavior changes.
I am anti-racist/oppression, LGBTQ friendly, and overall very progressive.
I’m vaccinated and as a LMT (licensed massage therapist), I mask up when I’m out and about and working with clients.
I do not have any pets or kids. I’m very clean with my personal spaces.
I do not smoke cigarettes and do not want to live with people who do.
I’m sober (except for the rare drink) and I’m happy living with other people who are healthy with their use.
I enjoy time in nature, hiking and camping. The pandemic turned me into a house plant guy, so I have a few lovely plants. I can be a bit of a geek, I love sci-fi and good film.
I like participating with my men’s group, which is a really wonderful supportive space for men to do their self work. Feel free to reach out if you know any men doing their work would be interested in connecting with this kind of community.
I also like building things, I can be pretty handy with projects.
I value communication and peacefully addressing things that come up.
I’ve done a lot of personal work and emotional training to grow as a man. I value good health and I’m almost completely sober (I drink on rare celebratory occasions, not even once every 3 months and I don’t use anything else), so I like living with other people who are similar.
I own a modular 3D printer that’s also a laser engraver and CNC machine (this doesn’t take up much space), thought some artists and makers might be interested in using it.
I love cooking and enjoy sharing space with others who do too. I own a dehydrator, instant pot, Vitamix and an air fryer/toaster oven which make it fun to get creative in the kitchen.
If you’re interested in sharing this home with me and/or have other roommates who would also be a great fit, let’s talk!
Thanks for reading,
Paul
