I have 2 rooms for rent, both on 2nd floor, $900 each Room. Would consider a slight discount if you want to rent them both. You’ll share a bathroom with only 1 other person. 2nd Floor has it’s own loft/living area with Sofa and Projection T.V. Nice private patio. 2 Parks within walking distance.
Room is for ONE person only, No Couples, unless you rent BOTH rooms. You may have an overnight guest from time to time but they can NOT live here! If you work from Home rent is $1,050. Month to Month, 30 day notice to either party to vacate/move. I have a Cat, so if you’re allergic, this Home is not for you.
