I am a TV commentator and Money Manager. I’m only keeping the apartment because I need to keep a foothold in the Miami market (I own several other homes in other states). I’m very neat, clean, considerate, respectful, and empathetic…and I’m looking for someone who shares those characteristics. Perhaps most importantly, I’m rarely there - 1/2 of each month at most. Sorry guys - I’ve tried to cohabitate with men before and it just doesn’t work for me, females only.
