East New Street

*RENT IS $397.50 PER PERSON EVERY MONTH ($795 all together)*I am a full time student athlete at Shepherd University, and am a part of a business fraternity called Delta Sigma Pi (DSP). The apartment is located in the heart of Shepherdstown WV, right next to Shepherd University. I do enjoy having over friends/teammates pretty often, but obviously am respectful to roommates wishes. I am an uprising senior this year, my old roommate graduated, and moved out. I am not very strict on messiness, only in the common areas that guests will be seeing (kitchen, bathroom, living room), but if you have a messy room, that does not concern me at all. I am really easy to get along with, and I love pets, but the landlords (APEX) are pretty strict with them, so if you want to have a dog you have to fill out a separate application with them (and since the complex is a strict no pet policy I’m pretty sure it has to be a service/emotional support animal). The apartment does have an in unit washer, and dryer. It is fully furnished, only because this would be my 2nd year in the apartment. There is no smoking in the apartment, you can do that outside.
