It’s a three bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a pool and large backyard. Located in Old Fig Garden close to shopping and food. Quiet neighborhood. The room for rent has its own private bathroom. And temperature control.

I’m a 39 year logistics professional and main property manager. We have 1 mouthy but friendly cat. Future roommate would mainly be sharing the space with another housemate and pets. Please note, we are a fully vaccinated household and expect anyone residing here to be the same. We observe reasonable, but not stringent, covid protocols.
