Hi there! My name is Fiona. I have a spare room in my townhome that I am looking to rent out starting August 1 and ending in April/May. It is located in Arvada/Westminster and is a quick drive into Denver/Boulder.

It is a two bedroom/1.5 bathrooms. I have my own vanity in the master bedroom so you would have the main bathroom vanity all to yourself! :) The house also comes with a washer/dryer/dishwasher as well as a 2 car garage so you would have a place to park that is covered year round and plenty of storage. Because it is a townhome, you will also have access to an outdoor pool and tennis courts. The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. I’m flexible.

About me: I am 37 years old and am a full time teacher in Aurora so I work school hours. That means I am up early and to bed early as well.When I am home I enjoy cooking/baking and relaxing to a movie or a good book. I enjoy my quiet time and respect the quiet time of others as well. I can not allow any cats or dogs as I am extremely allergic however I could be open to alternative pet options. I have a fish and that is all. Also, this home is NOT 420-friendly nor do I allow smokers as I have asthma. I like to have the common living areas/bathroom very clean and tidy.
