–4 bedroom 3 bath home with 5 other bright and social young professionals in their late 20s/early 30s. We are a co-ed house. We are strict with chores and tend to be on the cleaner side. Quiet time on the weekdays but we have friends over on the weekends. We are also all very good friends and have a great dynamic. –Dogs/Cats would not work in our living situation. –Non-smoking. –Utilities are shared with everyone including water, gas, electric, and internet that comes out to about $70 a month per person. –There is no covered parking, only street parking. –Central location for jobs that require you to travel to sorrento valley (north) or mission valley/ downtown (south). I work in Mission valley and it only takes me 12 minutes to get to and from work. I never run into traffic since everyone heads north for work and south to go home. –Walking distance to Sprouts, Target, coffee shop and a local gym. We have a lot of great restaurants near us for a quick bite such as Blaze pizza, 85 degrees bakery, Chipotle, Habit burger. Convoy is close by for a great selection of Asian Cuisine, bars, and small breweries. Canyon hiking trails are also walking distance.

We need a roommate that is a good fit so if you are interested, email with an introduction of yourself and some things that would be a deal breaker to you in terms of living with folks (pet peeves, personalities that wouldn’t match, etc).
