I am looking for a roommate to share this 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment with gorgeous sea and city views. The apartment is on the 25th floor of a modern building in an excellent location in Downtown Miami, steps away from the metro mover station and close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and clubs.

The apartment is fully equipped, furnished, and ready to move in. It features two beautiful pools, a jacuzzi area, a two-story fully equipped gym, a conference and studying room, and a mini market/coffee shop where you can buy groceries and other necessities without leaving home. In addition, a modern, fully equipped working multi-office area with a private office and conference room.

The room for rent is a spacious private space with a private bathroom and a comfortable Queen sized bed. The room has a desk, closet, and drawer for extra storage space. However, it is only for the tenant, and nobody else can stay or sleep in it.

Some important rules to note: no couples, guests overnights, or parties are allowed, as I look for a respectful and peaceful environment. In addition, the parties will sign a roommate agreement.

The rent includes utilities such as water and sewer, electricity, and ultra-fast speed internet (1gb/s att fiber). Parking inside the building is available for an additional cost, depending on the floor.

To ensure a smooth living experience, I require proof of income/employment and will conduct a background check for all potential roommates. If you meet these requirements and are interested in sharing the apartment with me, don’t hesitate to reach me.
