It is a beautiful house with 3brdms, including one that is a converted attic, loft. Private rooms with only one bathroom. You can decide on if you want the spare bdrm or the loft. The place is fully furnished with all amenities including living room w/ couch and smart tv, dining room w/ big dining table, kitchen, dish washer, washer and dryer. Fastest wifi included. House is equipped with security system. The spare bdrm has a full sized bed, two night stands and a closet. I also have a queen sized air mattress in the loft. The house has a big driveway. There is a cute porch swing for reading and relaxing. This place is near everything and great for commute. It is in Dayton near Belmont.

I am an extrovert, but also enjoy gaming, drawing, movies and general alone time. I am a sucker for adventures even if that makes me sound basic. I will 100% give you your space and privacy that’s a given. I have a rambunctious puppy who loves to play. I will work with you and your schedule, and hopefully we can have a great time living together. I cook quite frequently and will always include you, but will not hog the kitchen. I am active duty Air Force, which can be a hit or miss with people sometimes so I wanted to be straight forward with that. Also I am in a long distance relationship so him and I video call pretty frequently. I wouldn’t want that to annoy you. I will respect you in general as any human would and I expect the same in return.
