A LITTLE ABOUT THE PLACE: The townhome is located in a quiet hill top suburb near Tibbett’s Creek and a few minutes south of I-90. It’s also very close to the Issaquah shopping district, Issaquah transit station, AmazonRide/MicrosoftConnector shuttle lots and a 5 minute walk to the Cougar Mountain trailhead. The townhome has ample garage storage and there is plenty of street parking alongside the home. The available room has a large closet, views of Squak Mountain and can be either furnished or unfurnished.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I’ve lived with several roommates in the past and believe in making the extra effort to be respectful of shared spaces and cleaning up after oneself. I like my residence to be peaceful and I don’t listen to loud music or have large gatherings. Overall, I’m a very easy going person and make an effort to keep things clean and free of clutter. My profession is in logistics and I travel a bit for work so the time I’m in town I prefer to unwind. During the weekdays, I usually work long hours and then catch up on the latest binge-worthy shows in the evenings. On weekends, I’m always trying to find excuses to get outdoors such as hiking/camping during the summer or hockey/downhill during the winter.
