This is a brand new 3b/3.5br townhome that I recently purchased and will be moving into. Your room is on the first floor, with it’s own ensuite bath and closet. You will have the entire first floor to yourself with the second floor being the kitchen/living area which you will have access to. Also included in the rent is a spot in the 2-car garage.
The property is located about 1 mile south of the Orange Circle and walking distance to St. Judes/CHOC. Great for travel nurses, residents, students, or anyone tired of the apartment life and wanting to live in something brand new.
The pictures provided are of the model unit. Mine is still being built but will look similar. This website won’t let me provide the URL to the community but if you google “ParkerOne Orange” you will find the community. My model is a “Plan 4” and the website has a place to take a virtual tour if you want.
About the roomies
I am a 27 year old male and am currently working as an analytics consultant. I do work from home so I will be around most of the day. I have very high standards for cleanliness, particularly because the property is brand new. When I’m not working I’m at church, playing volleyball, or planning my next fly fishing trip.
